SNYP LAUNCHES FEBRUARY “PREVENT A LITTER” CAMPAIGN AS NATION GEARS UP FOR SPRING BREEDING SEASON

SNYP is offering special discount spay/neuter certificates during our February “Prevent A Litter” campaign. The timing of this program is targeted to help reduce the vast number of unwanted litters born during the spring breeding season.


The discounted prices are $25 for a cat spay or neuter, and $75 for a dog spay or neuter for dogs up to 60 pounds. An additional $10 fee is paid at the time of surgery for dogs over 60 pounds.

The 2012 Prevent a Litter campaign is made possible only through the participation of veterinary clinics throughout the valley, and with additional funding provided by Friends of the Animal Shelter, Jackson County Animal Care and Control and the Rogue Valley Humane Society.
